Sharyn Jones attended a Becoming A Better Intervener Workshop with John Carter conducted at Bowling Green University. She followed up this experience with an interview with John as part of a class assignment of living legends in the field of OD and the applied behavior science. She presents her experience of John from the perspective of a mythical airplane ride where she sits next to him and meets him for the first time. Creative and innovative it is an enjoyable read.
